GOLDEN HANDLE LIMOUSINE — SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS
Thank you for reserving with Golden Handle Limousine. Please review your reservation carefully for correct dates, addresses, and times. It is your responsibility to inform us of any corrections prior to your service date.
Payment Policy
Your reservation is secured by a non-refundable deposit charged to the credit card provided. Remaining balances are due in cash to your chauffeur prior to the start of service. Personal checks are not accepted unless received 10 days prior to service. Final balances may be paid by credit card with a 5% processing fee, no later than 72 hours before your service date.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee applies to reservations cancelled within 15 days of service. A 100% cancellation fee applies to reservations cancelled within 10 days of service. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@goldenhandlelimo.com and will receive a unique cancellation confirmation code. Keep this code as proof of cancellation.
Overtime Rates — 10 Minute Grace Period Allowed
SUVs & Vans — $100.00 per 60 minutes
6, 8, 10, 12 Passenger Limos — $150.00 per 60 minutes
13–20 Passenger Limos — $200.00 per 60 minutes
Party Bus & Shuttle Buses — $350.00 per 60 minutes
Rolls Royce & Specialty Cars — $200.00 per 60 minutes
All overtime must be paid in cash before engaging overtime service.
Vehicle & Passenger Policy
No vehicle will operate with more passengers than its rated capacity. Please ensure the vehicle you selected accommodates your group size. Walking or standing while the vehicle is in motion is prohibited for your safety.
Damage & Cleaning Policy
The cardholder accepts full financial liability for any physical damage, broken items, burn marks, or stains. A minimum $350.00 cleaning fee applies for any bodily fluids requiring steam cleaning and detailing. A $100.00 fee applies per smoking occurrence. Our vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol consumption is not permitted if any passenger is under 21 years of age. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
Traffic & Weather
Golden Handle Limousine is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or passenger misdirection. Please allow extra travel time if needed. In the event of severe weather jeopardizing safety, service may be rescheduled at no penalty to the client.
General Liability
Golden Handle Limousine is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service. In rare cases of mechanical failure, a comparable vehicle substitution will be arranged at no extra charge.
